Because I have already taken Payoneer as my Twitter Username,and their
Marketing Manager just sent me an e-mail said they wanna take the
'Payoneer' username and asked me why I had chosen it.Now,I need your
help.What can I do next?

Actually, part of the Twitter Terms of Service states:
"6. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark on those usernames."
Take a look.- I would just give it to them so you dont get kicked off twitter.
